Tuition fees are divided into three payments. Accordingly, invoices are issued three times a year during the months of September, December and March.
Tuition fees may be settled according to one of the following modes:
1. Making the 3 payments on schedule at the banks designated on the tuition stub.
2. Dividing the tuition fees into nine monthly installments from October to June. Those who choose this option should pass by the Finance Department by October 19.
◌ Cashier’s hours: Mondays through Fridays: 8:00 am – 11:30 am and 12:30 pm - 2:45 pm
Parents with an outstanding balance on their accounts should contact the Finance Department at school before the end of October in order to provide a feasible plan for settlement. Failing to do so breaks the desired collaboration and permits the school to revert to certain measures in order to preserve its rights.
Transportation fees are issued twice a year and must be settled by the deadline specified on the transportation fee stub. Otherwise the student will not be able to use the school transportation after the deadline and it will be the parents’ responsibility to transport their child to and from the school.
